(Belgium).- Server and network-based gaming specialist Amaya Gaming Group has signed a three-year licensing deal that will see it supply proprietary and branded games via its own platform to Belgian firm Circus Services SPRL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Circus Group, and its domain at Casino777.be.

Circus Services is a subsidiary of Circus Group and operates 15 gambling halls along with a pair of casinos, with over 500 employees and 1,000 machines, while Casino777.be became one of Belgium’s first regulated online gambling sites when it was launched late last year.

“This is a very significant signing for us,” said David Baazov, President and CEO for Montreal-based Amaya Gaming Group. “More evidence of the convergence between traditional and online gaming taking place globally and we are delighted to have been selected by Circus Group as a partner to help grow its online offering.

“For Amaya Gaming Group, we establish a great new relationship and market in Belgium with a respected operator to grow our business online and potentially offline.”
Amaya recently completed the compulsory purchase of online casino games developer CryptoLogic Limited and revealed that this latest deal represents its first deal with a Belgian operator.

“We are delighted to add Amaya Gaming Group online games to our portfolio of casino games offered to our customers through the Casino777.be platform as this will give our customers a better choice and experience,” said Emmanuel Mewissen, CEO for Circus Group.
