Spain: Two resolutions regarding new gaming law published

(Spain).- The General Direction of Gaming Regulation (DGOJ) published two resolutions that regulate, on one hand, aspects related to the identification of participants in games and the control of the prohibitions subject to the participation. On the other hand, they regulate the model and content of the report of definite certification of the technical systems of the gaming operators, and the development of the change management procedure.

Specifically, the resolutions published are:
-Resolution of July 12, 2012, of the General Direction of Gaming Regulation, in which it is approved the regulation that develops the articles 26 and 27 of the Royal Decree, of November 14th, regarding the identification of the participants in the games and the control of the prohibitions subject to the participation.

-Resolution of July 12, 2012, of the General Direction of Gaming Regulation, in which it is approved the regulation that establishes the model and the content of the report of definite certification of the technical systems of the gaming operators and in which the change management procedure is developed.

Both resolutions are already into force.
