(US).- NEWave has been protecting tribal casinos across North America with its innovative and award-winning compliance software. Now the firm is bringing its unsurpassed Title 31 expertise to the Northwest Indian Gaming Conference and Expo.

The show takes place July 16-18 at Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton, Washington, and NEWave will be in booth number 317. Attendees visiting the booth will find NEWave’s many interesting and unique offerings.

NEWave Senior VP Sales Clair Rogers said, “We have been working with tribal casinos across North America for almost 20 years, and they have had great success using our software. In those nearly 20 years, not one casino using our Title 31 software has been fined for non-compliance. Plus, our software has been independently proven to save time and money.”

NEWave’s Title 31 Manager software is part of NEWave’s advanced myCompliance Manager software suite, and its automated processes help casinos maintain compliance while experiencing significant savings in time and money. Most recently the module prepared properties across the country for a smooth transition to FinCEN’s recent eFile reporting requirements.

NEWave will also be previewing its new Mobile technology. With Mobile, casino staff can use mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, to immediately validate patron information, create tax forms, expedite payouts, maintain Title 31 compliance, track MTLs, and more, all from anywhere on the gaming floor, and all in the palm of the hand. Mobile will make its official premiere at G2E 2012.

“Mobile will help casino staff break the chains – getting them out of the office, where they might be chained to their desktop computer completing routine tasks - and back on the floor servicing guests,” Rogers said.
