(Canada).- TCS John Huxley recently installed the first DigiDeal DTS-V Blackjack tables for Loto Quebec’s Salon de Jeux Quebec and Salon de Jeux Trois-Rivieres. The DigiDeal Digital Table System is a range of multi-player card game products, which feature digital game play but utilize a live dealer/host to retain the live game feel.

The DTS platform is played with virtual chips and also employs money- handling capabilities like ticket-in, ticket-out with the option to operate in fully hosted, semi hosted or fully automated. It delivers total game security as all dealt cards, player and dealer decisions, game rule/procedures and payouts are controlled by the system. By taking control of game resolution DigiDeal DTS eliminates all dealer errors and allows gaming staff to focus more on customer experience rather than game supervision.

The tables also benefit from a multitude of choices for configuration and the unmatched ability to meet GLI requirements as either a slot (GLI11) or an electronic table game (GLI 24 or GLI 25), making the DTS a very attractive proposition for operators as it meets the requirements of many gaming jurisdictions.

The management team at La Societe des Loteries Video du Quebec Inc. who operate the electronic gaming halls have chosen to host the tables allowing players to interact with a person as they would in a live game scenario. This is the first of its kind in an electronic gaming hall for Quebec and as a result the reception from players has been really positive providing lots of excitement and a great ambiance at the tables, which is almost like being in a live game.

Sylvain Lachapelle, Marketing Project manager, Société des loteries vidéo du Québec comments, “We are happy to announce that we have installed Classic Blackjack games on the DTS-V platform, in our two gaming halls, Salon de jeux de Québec and Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières.  We hope that this new dynamic way of playing a great traditional casino game will help us diversify our gaming offer and bring new clients to our facilities. We would like to thank everybody at TCS John Huxley and DigiDeal who have worked on this project with us for their great support and service.”
