The CV1000 is the first Conlux validator to employ only optical sensors for note validation. Enhanced with four-way bill acceptance, CV1000-equipped machines are capable of taking notes between us$ 1 and us$ 20, at an acceptance rate of 95% or better. Expanded coupon options are available to support operators’ marketing efforts.
Other benefits beyond that of the NBM 3500 are:
- Enhanced LED lights on the bezel for greater machine merchandising
- Optional 300- or 500-note capacities for active machines
- New bezel design allows the validator to clear the LCD screens being placed on today’s vending machines
- Updated chassis, cashbox and labeling aesthetics portray a new image for the brand and its owners
As with all Conlux brand products, field configuration and programming remain simple. To enable or disable bill denominations, simply press a button on the rear of the validator and insert the denomination of choice. A configuration coupon may also be used. Conveniently, these configuration changes may be done while the validator is still installed, a real timesaver at the machine. Use of a BPM (bill programming module) remains standard for programming updates.
“CV1000 beta trial results have been very successful,” said Dan Adams, Vending Applications Engineer for MEI Conlux. “Operators I’ve met in the field are pleased with its flawless performance and features. One of the resounding areas of excitement lies with the ability for operators to make denomination changes without removing the validator from the machine.”
Built upon an MEI Conlux heritage of market-leading bill validators, the Conlux CV1000 joins the MCM5 coin changer, a NAMA iSpot gold winner, as the second addition to the Conlux portfolio in less than a year.
