Ameristar promotes Regional Public Relations Manager
Scott joined Ameristar Casino Hotel Council Bluffs January 2007 as Public Relations Manager. She has more than 15 years of communications and community relations experience, and came to Ameristar from Alegent Health Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs where she served as the Foundation Director.
"Christie's passion for community outreach and her enthusiasm for building relationships make her an excellent choice for this important role within Ameristar," said Roxann Kinkade, Corporate Director of Communications.
"Christie is a talented and skilled public relations professional and I look forward to watching her grow in this expanded role."
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Missouri Western State University. She serves on the board of the Council Bluffs Leadership Alumni Association, is a member of the Omaha Chapter of PRSA and is active in many community organizations.
