BMM announces approval as a registered independent testlab

The Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada Gaming Control Board shall retain final approval authority of all product inspected and certified by BMM.

This registration comes as a result of the passage of AB 279 during the Nevada legislative session which transferred the performance of these functions to private ITLs, subject to oversight and review by the Nevada Gaming Control Board Technology Division.

In anticipation of this registration and the capacity required to keep pace with market demand, BMM recently announced it will be moving into new world headquarters later this year. The headquarters include a state of the art testing laboratory in Las Vegas that is almost four times as large as its current premises. BMM also continues to add jobs in Nevada at a rapid pace, specifically service professionals with Nevada-specific experience in testing and certification services.

This team is led by Travis Foley, VP of Operations - former Chief of the Technology Division at the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and Adam Fong, Senior Director of Service Delivery, also formerly with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. BMM expects to add 100+ new Nevada-based employees within the next 18-24 months.
