Could you describe the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate in connection with its functions at EGT?
ISO 9001:2008 is an international Quality Management System Standard. Its requirements are related to the company’s ability to satisfy its customers’ demands and to the continuous improvement of the quality of its products and services. It has been a strategic move from the board of directors of EGT to introduce the Quality Management System, because the company’s politics are based on the constant development of the work process and management efficiency.

Now that EGT is ISO certified, what are the advantages for the company?
The ISO certification will definitely allow a lot of privileges for EGT. One of the key advantages for the company is the improvement of the quality analysis management system and the employees’ training connected with it.
