Aruze Gaming America's Amazon Fishing wins Gold Award

(US).- Aruze Gaming America announced that Amazon Fishing received Casino Journal's Gold Award for the Most Innovative Products of 2011. Additionally, Aruze's Rich Life game was selected as one of the Top 20 Most Innovative Products in the annual awards presentation at the Gaming Technology Summit in Las Vegas.

"We are pleased to have had two of our exciting products selected out of a strong field of entrants in this year's competition," said Steve Walther, Vice-President Marketing. "The gold award selection for Amazon Fishing recognizes Aruze's commitment to build innovative products that engage players in exciting new ways."
 
Amazon Fishing is a six-seat communal link game that offers multiple bonus events, Reel Feel Gaming Technology and the ability for players to select their own bait which impacts the volatility of the game play. Larger bait "attracts" less frequent but larger wins, while smaller bait attracts smaller wins more frequently.

Rich Life features two machines in front of a 60-inch monitor, which displays a large game board that tracks player movements throughout the play experience. When the feature triggers, the player selectable character moves along the board revealing a variety of interactive events. Players also battle head-to-head in a randomly triggered Versus Event where the choices of one player can affect the awards of the other.
