Wynn Macau looks to raise casino loan

(Macau).- Wynn Macau is said to be considering raising its Wynn Cotai loan to us$ 2.5 billion. The company is looking at increasing the loan after drawing around us$ 2.7 billion in commitments in the first stage of syndication, people familiar with the matter have told Bloomberg.

The initial goal was to raise us$ 1.5 billion. The first stage of syndication attracted about 15 banks.

Wynn Macau will use proceeds from the loan to finance its new project in Cotai, estimated to cost around us$ 4 billion.
