(Macau).- Macau’s casino gross gaming revenue may grow 15 percent year-on-year in June, reaching us$ 3 billion, investment bank Citigroup says. June is “seasonally weak” and revenue for this month will be “an indication of where the floor is for Macau in 2012,” analysts including Anil Daswani said.
Citigroup cited its sources indicating that Macau’s total table gross gaming revenue for the first three days of June was us$ 332 million.
Macau casinos took in us$ 3.2 billion in May, up by 7.3 percent over the same period last year. That was the slowest growth rate in almost three years.
