The award was granted to the firm by Anthony Gortzis, President of the European Business Ethics Network.
Following a comprehensive assessment of Intralot business process models and procedures conducted by the qualified assessors of EBEN, the Greek company excelled in all sectors of the EBEN Business Ethics Excellence Model.
Its operations are based on sound Business Analysis of market, customer and competition information and always performs focusing on Quality, Security and Business Excellence. Intralot attributes significant importance on the effectiveness of the Management Systems it has established, such as EFQM, WLA, ISO and EBEN, and its Internal Audit System. As far as the Performance Assessment is concerned, the firm has developed a number of strategic decision support and operational information systems which reinforce the company’s culture of continuous customer service improvement and product innovation.
