(Germany).- APEX Germany is expanding its presence in the country. Alongside its German headquarters near Munich in Bavaria, APEX Gaming has now set up an office in the southwest state Baden-Württemberg. It has teamed up with the company called ASR Automatenvertrieb in Baden-Württemberg and so has a permanent presence in this very important German state as well.

APEX Germany is thus further represented in one of the economically important states in Germany (for example, Mercedes and Porsche cars are built in this state).

APEX Germany has four separate cabinets approved by the PTB: the Pinnacle 22” upright, the Pinnacle 26” slant top, the Dual Slim Line upright and Pinnacle WM 19” wall-mounted solution. Operators can choose from two games packages – Magic Classic and Hot Magic Fruits XXL. The quality and game variety of APEX Gaming solutions are being applauded by German operators. APEX Gaming has introduced a series of innovations to the German AWP market that are making real waves.

APEX Germany is breaking the lease-only model in the German AWP market by offering its solutions for sale, lease or rent. Thus, operators again are firmly in the driving seat and can choose themselves which model best suits them. Furthermore, it is providing an essential service by supporting operators with vital information on the forthcoming legal changes to the Interstate Gambling Treaty, Gaming Ordinance, State Arcade Laws and Industrial Code.

To this effect, APEX Germany won the support of the distributor association DAGV. It presented the latest legal update both APEX Germany’s German headquarters in Bavaria and at the partner company ASR Automatenvertrieb GmbH in Baden-Württemberg.

APEX Germany Managing Director Gerhard Hubmann, explained, “We see this as our duty to provide our customers with this special information service. We work in close partnership with our clients. Thus, we were very pleased to have gained the support of Mr. Meurer and the DAGV so that operators in both Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg could receive a first hand update of this extremely important topic. We also thank our partner in Baden-Württemberg, ASR Automatenvertrieb GmbH – for their support as well”.
