Codere Italia bought 60% of DP Service

(Italy).- Codere Group signed an agreement for the acquisition, by its subsidiary Codere Italia, of the 60% of DP Service. With this operation, Codere continues its growth in the Italian market, incorporating around 2,000 gaming terminals to its product offer.

The firm DP Service is part of the group Dalla Pria Machine AWP, operator of AWP terminals, has its venue in Rome and its activity also covers the provinces of Padua, Venecia, Rovigo, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona, Belluno, Udine, Gorizia, Trieste, Ferrara and Latina.

Many years of activity in the zone has allowed this company to be particularly attentive to the customers demands, and, thanks to its efficient organizing structure, it has managed to offer a high-quality service with an offer of almost 2,000 gaming terminals.

Dalla Pria family represents a piece of the history in the business of gaming terminals in Italy. In fact, Pablo Dalla Pria, founder of the company, has been for years president of S.A.P.A.R. (Sezione Apparecchi per le Pubbliche Attrazioni Ricreative), the oldest association of managers of gaming terminals in Italy, and its current Vice President.

The capillarity and the market knowledge of DP Service, as well as its international projection, management and experience of Codere, will enable to improve the offer, strenghtening the quality of the product and bringing a better response to the future market needs.

Claudio Dalla Pria, appointed administrator of DP Service, did not hide his satisfaction for the agreement achieved: "We are delighted of having concluded this important operation, not only due to the added value that a company like Codere brings when facing new market projects, but also thanks to the new corporate structure it will be achieved more professionalization of the service of DP Service and an improvement in the productive system".
