“Aruze’s products continue to perform strongly in the Asian region”

(Macau, Exclusive Yogonet.com).- Steve Walther, VP of Marketing at Aruze Gaming America, granted an interview to Yogonet.com in which he commented about the products presented at recent G2E Asia event, as well as about the Asian market in general. “We look forward to growing even further in the region,” he pointed.

What products did you present at G2E Asia?
The products that received the most attention at G2E Asia were Aladdin & the Lamp, Franken Mama, The Gold, Crystal, Rich Life and Fortune Festival. Aruze Gaming introduced deluxe versions of our high performing Innovator product line. These versions include impressive eye-catching top boxes and the Radiant Reels technology featuring exciting reel spin displays.  Aladdin & the Lamp also literally puts feeling back into the game, as the player rubs a magic lamp to reveal the genie during bonus features. It gives the player the real feeling of rubbing a lamp and watching the genie appear. The Gold and Crystal are also product in the Innovator Deluxe product line.

In the G-DELUXE product line, Aruze Gaming showed off Franken Mama, a game based on a comedic twist of classic horror monsters.  With multiple bonus games, an interactive top box, and the character designs that are sure to attract a wide range of players, Franken Mama is sure to generate some monster play on the gaming floor.

Aruze Gaming also displayed Rich Life, a new competitive link game where two players face each other in “Versus Events” while moving their characters through life. This game has a high frequency of bonus events that are sure to keep the players entertain, while periodically the players face off and compete in Versus Events. The selection of one player can determine the outcome and payout of the other player.  Either they both can win, both lose, or one wins and one loses. 

Aruze Gaming further shows its ability to inspire players with its Fortune Festival Link. This link features a 5 level progressive that can be hit both with a winning combination or triggered through a mystery.  Featuring 3 exciting Asian themes, this high hit link progressive can award the player with multiple levels on one spin.

How did you see the show?
Overall, the show was fantastic for Aruze Gaming. The traffic and interest in our booth was better than any year previously. We also met with a number of key decisions makers, so the quality of the attendees improved over last year as well.

What is your opinion about the Asian market?
The Asian market is growing and Aruze Gaming’s products continue to perform strongly in the region. Our presence on the floor is growing steadily and that is the result of our hard work in developing strong performing product and the players’ reception to our style of games. We are not satisfied with just producing good games, we want to produce the best games, and the growing Asian market has been showing us our games are among the best.    The G2E Asia event has provided us another opportunity to share new products with the region and with the feedback we received from the show, we look forward to growing even further in the region.
