(France).- Real-time mobile applications company Worldlink Group has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding that could see developer Partouche Interactive Gibraltar serve as its official online gaming partner.

Partouche Interactive is a subsidiary of French land-based casino operator Groupe Partouche and develops, manages and markets a range of online, mobile and television gaming products utilising its own proprietary technology.

Although the pair announced that they have yet to agree the final financial terms of the arrangement, they hope to roll out Worldlink's ‘best price’ bookmaking service to punters in the UK via Partouche Interactive along with an online poker and casino platform. “In order to conduct this business, licences have been granted in Malta, Gibraltar, Belgium and France,” read a statement from Worldlink and Partouche Interactive.

Worldlink stated that its new ‘best price’ service will allow participating sports clubs and leagues to receive a percentage of any revenues earned while punters will be able to enjoy a ‘vast array of poker and casino games’. “I am absolutely delighted to announce this development with Partouche,” said Neil Riches, Managing Director for Worldlink.

“The fact that one of the largest casino operators in Europe is interested in providing its gaming platform with us just shows where we have taken this unique offering in such a short space of time. The games are second to none and provide great variety.”

Since purchasing its first land-based casino in 1973, Groupe Partouche has grown to now encompass 49 properties throughout Europe in addition to 19 hotels, 130 restaurants and two golf courses. “We will be pleased to provide Worldlink with our proprietary state-of-the-art gaming platforms,” said Graham Martin, Director for Partouche Interactive. “We hope to agree final terms shortly and look forward to a long-term mutually beneficial relationship.”
