When the whistle blows for the European Football Championship 2012 in Poland and the Ukraine on 8 June 2012, football fever will already have gripped the Coesfeld Schmidtgruppe and the long-established Berlin company, Bally Wulff Games & Entertainment.
Both companies are outfitting the team quarters with billiards, football tables and other recreational options, both during the intensive preparation phases in the south of France, as well as beforehand on Sardinia.
So, a welcome change from the work on the training ground has already been provided for the players in the preparation phase and they will also be able to prepare themselves optimally for the EURO 2012 tournament with entertaining leisure activities.
Naturally the Schmidtgruppe and Bally Wullf will also provide a variety of leisure facilities at the German national team’s quarters during the European Championship. The players will be able to unwind before and after the EURO 2012 encounters with a football table, by playing darts or by relaxing with a game of billiards.
“We are delighted to be able to outfit the quarters for the DFB teams during the preparation and during the European Championship and to help reduce the waiting time between the training sessions and the tournament appearances for our international players”, said Robert Hess, spokesman for the Schmidtgruppe Policy and Media Board, and Francesco Vescio, Head of Marketing for Bally Wulff Games & Entertainment. “In order to produce a top-class performance on the pitch, the sportsmen can relax with top-class entertainment – and for this, Bally Wulff and Schmidtgruppe are the top-class partners.”
The national team manager, Oliver Bierhoff, is also pleased with the renewed partnership with the two firms: “During the preparation and over the course of such an important tournament, it is important for the players to be able to organise their free time in an entertaining and interesting fashion. So, we are happy to have found professional partners who are providing attractive recreation and up to date leisure facilities.”
