AGS granted manufacturer’s licenses in Arizona and Iowa

(US).- Designer, manufacturer and operator of gaming machines American Gaming Systems (AGS) announced that on April 18th it was granted a license to manufacture and distribute Gaming Devices in the state of Arizona. Last December 15th it was granted its permanent license to manufacture and distribute Gaming Devices in the state of Iowa.

“We are very excited to receive the approvals allowing us to bring our product and services to Arizona and Iowa. Both jurisdictions present tremendous opportunities for us to place our exciting new games and offer operators greater product variety in their casinos,” said Paul Lofgren, Vice President of Business Development and Sales at AGS. “With these approvals, and other recent approvals including Nevada and Illinois, AGS continues to execute to its plan to position itself to be able to provide its innovative products in all major commercial jurisdictions.”

Upon receiving all the appropriate regulatory approvals, AGS’s Gaming Devices will be powered by its revolutionary new Roadrunner platform. With its proprietary 3-D graphics engine, that features an accelerated video frame refresh rate, Roadrunner produces crystal-clear graphics and superior game-play features for all players. In addition to introducing dynamic new content in the video game segment, AGS will also launch their thrilling new Wheel and Pachinko Top Box feature games and Pay It Again Poker, a game destined to appeal to video poker players of all skill levels.

With roots in the gaming industry dating back to 1996, AGS’s current portfolio of products includes Class III and Class II machines, Class III and Class II server-based gaming and wide-area progressives.
