Cadillac Jack appoints new Chief Financial Officer

(US).- Cadillac Jack informed about the appointment of Roger Maloch as Chief Financial Officer. He will oversee all aspects of the finance, accounting and human resources operations of the company and will direct the company’s strategic initiatives for profitable and successful growth.

“Roger has a tremendous track record of leading corporate finance organizations and driving improved financial and operational performance,” commented Gene Chayevsky, CEO of Cadillac Jack.  “As a key member of our executive management team, Roger will play a strategic role in the overall direction of the company.  His strong leadership and experience in long range planning, investor and banking relations, deal analysis and raising capital will enable us to further develop our growth and to analyze future investment opportunities.” 

Maloch joins Cadillac Jack from Aderant Holdings, a provider of business, financial and information management software for professional services and law firms.

As Chief Financial Officer he directed Aderant’s global finance, accounting, legal and HR operations and was instrumental in the strategic turn-around of the company and positioning of Aderant for future acquisition. Prior to Aderant, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Information Services where he helped to double the size of the business through acquisitions and cost savings.
