(US).- FutureLogic announced that it has hired Bill VanderKooi, as Field Application Engineer (FAE) for the Midwest Region. “Bill is a proven problem solver. His excellent technical and customer relationship skills will be a critical addition to our Midwest customer support team,” said Nick Micalizzi, FutureLogic’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, North America.
Micalizzi added: “Joining Ted Grevelis, our Midwest Business Development Manager, Bill will help bolster localized support for FutureLogic’s state-of-the-art printers and intelligent promotional couponing solutions.”
Prior to joining FutureLogic, VerderKooi worked for 9 years at IGT where he started as a Remote Field Technician and eventually was promoted to Field Service Technician. His skills proved to be invaluable as he provided comprehensive field support and maintenance on EGMs and associated communication architecture. Prior to joining IGT, Bill worked as a Slot Technician at the Isle of Capri Casino in Kansas City, Missouri where he was responsible for repair and maintenance of games on the casino floor.
