Spain: DGOJ to dictate resolutions on gaming licenses next June 1st

(Spain).- Through a press release from the Ministry of Economy and Public Administration of Spain, the General Direction of Gaming Regulation (DGOJ) informed that, with regards to the procedure of granting of licenses for the development and operation of nationwide gaming activities, the corresponding resolutions are planned to be dictated next June 1.

According to the information, those resolutions will be communicated to the applicants of licenses and published on the DGOJ webpage.

“On the other side, and according to the 8th transitory disposition of the Law 13/2011, May 27, of gaming regulation, on June 1 it will come into forcé the disciplinary regulation planned in Title VI of the referred Law”, the press release added.
