FutureLogic presented its PromoNet to the Colombian market

(Colombia, exclusive Yogonet.com).- FutureLogic exhibited for the first time in Bogota event, where it presented its PromoNet promotion system. “The show was very good and I wish we could come back next year”, assured Emilio Machado, Manager of Business Development for Latin America, talking to Yogonet.com.

What products are you presenting?
The idea of coming to FADJA is due to FutureLogic interest in this market, of course, which is growing a lot in printers and TITO. And also to present our PromoNet promotion system.  And it will be the main focus of FutureLogic in 2012.

Which are PromoNet features?
PromoNet let operators or casinos do punctual promotions, deliver promotions or customized and non customized players. If you can customize casino promotions, for example, if you have 30 casinos, you can do specific promotions for each casino, because players are different in each casino, they behave different. So Promonet uses the player behaviour as informaion, as a base, and with this, it brings promotions and delivers tickets. Of course PromoNet just operates with FutureLogic printers, and while the player plays, he receives tickets.

For example, the casino, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays is empty, so tickets can be delievered in order to be redeemed on Mondays in this timetable.  It can be performed anywhere in the world, because the information goes to a server that is inside the casino and the promotion can begin and conclude any time. On top of that, we deliver a package of material where the operator has the total control: he can know how many tickets were printed, how many were redeemed and how many expired; with this, promotions can be analyzed and improved.

We have tests in US and in some points customer loyalty was incremented in a 40 %. Nowadays, according to general studies, a 20% of the casino customers are loyal and the remaining 80% are not loyal customers. This way, they can deliver promotions to generate customer loyalty. With this, the customer can be kept more time playing in the machines; the idea is to have control on the player but that he does not notice it; basically, all the aspects of a casino can be controlled.

Is it going to be launched in other markets?
It is present in US, in the testing phase, and this year we have planned to bring them to Latin America: Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Panama. We have customers already chosen for that.

Which is the balance of the two-day event?
Colombia is a country that is starting to use TITO and we are very interested in it. The event was very good, as well as last year, and I wish we can come back next year.
