Macau’s April casino revenue may rise 22 %

(Macau).- Citigroup says Macau’s casinos may post a 22 percent year-on-year increase in gross gaming revenue for April. That means casino revenue could exceed the us$ 3.1 billion mark.

(Macau).- Citigroup says Macau’s casinos may post a 22 percent year-on-year increase in gross gaming revenue for April. That means casino revenue could exceed the us$ 3.1 billion mark.

Analysts Anil Daswani, George Choi, Michael Beer and Raymond Choi wrote in a note to clients that table gross gambling revenue reached us$ 1.47 billion in first 15 days of the month.

Casino gross gaming revenue stood at us$ 2.51 billion in April last year.
