(Moldova).- Bogdan Stinga, Managing Director of Bucharest-based E-Service Components SRL, oversees the company's growing interaction with gaming companies in Moldova. "Moldavian businesses have increasingly looked to Bucharest to widen their supply chain and to seek technical support for their operations in recent months" he explained.

"The gaming sector in Moldova is thought to have a turnover in the region of €40m, and is currently driven largely by experienced operators from Moldova, Russia, Romania and Hungary”, Stinga added.

“There was obviously a significant increase in gaming activity after the casino and games room closures in Russia and Ukraine. It appears that the gaming law, first passed in 1999, provides a stable framework for our clients, who have been looking to E-Service in Bucharest for spare parts and upgrades to their machines"

Bogdan Stinga and his team make regular visits to their Moldavian clients, most recently in February this year. "It's a small but significant local market for us" confirmed Stinga "Our relationships with our clients there are very positive, and the range of products we are supplying grows monthly, which is very positive for us".
