FADJA 2012 has a positive first day

The first day of FADJA 2012 was marked by the presence of COLJUEGOS President, Rodrigo Velez Jara, Baltazar Medina, from FECEAZAR, and regulators from Chile, Francisco Leiva, and Peru, Manuel San Román, whom, together with José Anibal Aguirre, responsible of the exhibition, made the traditional ribbon cut to inaugurate this new edition.

In general, visitors could appreciate an event with several novelties from the main slot manufacturers, many of which have returned to the event after a few years of absense and have been pleased with the results obtained during the first day.

Among the main companies of the sector, there are present IGT, Bally, Novomatic, Inspired, WMS, Aristocrat, R.Franco, Belatra, Ainsworth, Merkur and Spielo, who are currently exhibiting their latest international releases.

However, there are also many novelties from local firms, such as Mundo Video, which once more counts with an important presence at the event.

It has also been noted an important presence of several companies dedicated to electronic and electromechanical roulettes, which bet strongly to the Andean region in general and to the Colombian market in particular, such is the case of Heal Technology/IRT, Zuumm, Gold Club, Odrex and Boss Gaming.

Unlike 2011, this year several companies have bet to have more production on their booths. However, the new pavilion assigned for this edition has not enabled them to develop the typical two-storey booths or with signs on top, due to the limitations in height that the place offers.

For today, it is expected the visit of several local operators and a great public assistance. While during the morning, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., it will be held the series of conferences of the event.
