(US).- Two more shareholders filed lawsuits against 11 directors of Wynn Resorts, Wynn Macau’s parent company. The lawsuits were filed in the U.S. District Court of Nevada. The suits “focus on the University of Macau donation and note that Okada was the only director who voted against the us$ 135 million gift pledge,” Las Vegas Inc reports.

One of the lawsuits was filed by Boilermakers Lodge No. 154 Retirement Fund, based in Pennsylvania, United States. A second suit was filed by shareholder Danny Hinson, a South Carolina resident. Okada wasn’t named as a defendant in either suit.

On March 27, shareholder Louisiana Municipal Police Employees Retirement System sued all 12 board members, including Okada, while seeking to block Wynn from going ahead with the University of Macau donation.
