TransAct strengthens South American sales team

Louis Kelly, most recently National Sales Director for TransAct, will assume the new role of Director of Sales, Americas. In this expanded role, he will oversee Sales, Support and the Distribution Channel for North America, South America and the Caribbean. Kelly brings in excess of 12 years of experience in the gaming industry and proven success with establishing the Epic 950 as the printer of choice for casino customers in North America into his new expanded role.

Diego Mejia will be responsible for technical and sales support within the North American and South American regions. In his new role, Mejia will lead the integration process for the complete Epic printer product line with a specific focus on the South American region, working not only with OEMs, but also casinos and TransAct’s distributors throughout the region. Further, Mejia will work closely with America’s customers who will implement Epicentral, providing valuable experience and support as casinos implement the ground-breaking new coupon printing software product for casinos.
