In FADJA 2011 you presented Bally MultiConnect system, What results have you obtained with this product during the year?
The product captivated the interest of the market and we have had several approaches in search of more information. Last year it was presented as a novelty with the intention that the market can become familiar with it and know that this solution is available and already installed in our region. However, the new law, which is being elaborated, enables several operators to analyze options and not to make investments yet. MultiConnect is a very versatile product for markets with operators that manage several casinos and wish to centralize its management and control in one site.
What systems will you present now in Colombia?
This year we will add the bonusing applications of Elite Bonusing Suite, which enable the creation of floor-wide promotions across the casino, and our award-winning player-tracking solution iVIEW DM. At the show, you will find machines where visitors can experience the versatility of this product with regards to direct communication with the player right at the point of play.
How do you see the current situation of the Colombian market at a technological market?
The market is a big challenge for the providers of gaming systems. It is clearly focused on improving, day after day, its technological infrastructure, and this improvement is the main objective of those operators who wish to be ready to move towards online systems.
Which are the goals you set for this show?
Our main goal for this event is to showcase the latest innovations we are developing in the area of marketing solutions driven by systems products, as this is one of our biggest competitive advantages that distinguishes us from our competitors.
