(Colombia, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Harmen Brenninkmeijer, Senior VP of Strategic Market Development, Inspired Gaming Group, granted an interview to Yogonet.com to talk about the participation of the firm at upcoming FADJA event. “The Fadja show is a great opportunity for suppliers and operators in the region to connect and we are excited to be exhibiting for a second year at the show”, he pointed.

This is the second year for Inspired Gaming Group at the Andean Gaming Trade Show – FADJA. Why did you decide to participate again?
Since last year's show, our server-based Class III casino product, Machete, has gone live in Colombia. The product has been through considerable fine tuning for the Colombian market and we’re now enjoying the benefits of having a multi-game product with a diverse range of games to attract all types of players. Machete is generating strong incomes with top performing slots, roulette and poker games. Our activities over the last year have shown us that Colombian operators are now ready for server-based gaming (SBG) products and thanks to our advanced platform technology and proven performance we’re at forefront of this trend. The Fadja show is a great opportunity for suppliers and operators in the region to connect and we are excited to be exhibiting for a second year at the show.

What can you tell us about the products that you have chosen to present?
We will exhibit our exciting range of products including Machete, our casino slots product and Sabre, our electronic roulette. An exciting range of content will also be on show including casino games, slots, and our award winning virtual sports betting.

The focus of Inspired’s booth will be our class III multi-game casino product, Machete. The widescreen cabinet has twin 22” high-definition (HD) screens and is powered by Inspired’s Open Server-Based Gaming CORE platform. Operators will be able to see how our SBG platform allows content to be remotely updated on demand with new games from a library of international hits and localised content. Thanks to the design of our platform, its open API encourages content from game developers all over the world. This multi-game, multi-developer approach has proven to increase incomes for operators.

For sports betting operators, we will exhibit our award-winning virtual sports content, which is already live in 33 countries worldwide and generates in excess of us$ 7 billion of revenue and us$  950 million gross win every year. Our portfolio of virtual sports includes, football, tennis, motor racing, cycling, greyhounds, horse racing, trotting and speedway. Virtual sports are available for venues, mobile, online and to homes via broadcast networks. Inspired recently signed an agreement with Caliente spanning 13 countries in Latin America, including Mexico, Panama and Venezuela.

We will also showcase Inspired’s internationally successful HD electronic roulette product, Sabre. Launched only last year, it recently gained GLI certification and over 1,000 have been installed around the world in Europe, the USA and Asia Pacific. The highly successful cabinet has many unique easy betting features, including four colour coded wheels to choose from and a second "Player Portal" touch screen for game results and analysis. Sabre can be connected to any combination of live, automated or random number generated wheels.

What does the Colombian market represent for Inspired? What is the business climate for your company in this country?
The Colombian market is very exciting for Inspired. Due to the changes in regulation, operators will require more control across their venues. We have received constant input from Colombian operators to make certain our SBG products are the most suited to local demand and easiest to manage. We’re confident in our content and our commercial business model ensures the barrier to entry for our products is very low.

How do you evaluate the work with PMV and Algazara, your partners for the Colombian market?
We couldn’t have wished for a better business partner as Juan Holguin [CEO of PMV S.A.]. Juan is recognised as highly knowledgeable and well connected in the industry. We have great trust in Juan and his team, and feel very comfortable investing in PMV and Algazara for the future.

What do you expect about Coljuegos, the new Colombian regulator? In your opinion, how will this state company influence in the gaming industry?
We believe Colijuegos will pick up where Etesa left off. Coljuegos is tasked with the enormous challenge of ensuring the government has a legitimate and well controlled industry. I consider Colijuegos well prepared for this task and look forward to a legitimate, growing and regulated industry, which will generate revenues for the government and create employment and economic benefits.
