What can you anticipate about Crane’s participation at the Andean Gaming Trade Show – FADJA? What products have you chosen to present?
FADJA has always been a very positive show for Crane Payment Solutions and a way to meet our customers and showcase many of our products including the Money Controls Ardac Elite and the CashCode SM BackLoad bill validators. Besides the Ardac Elite and BackLoad SM validators, we will be displaying our complete range for the Latin American gaming market, which includes the Money Controls Cyclone and Universal Hoppers, the Condor Premier Coin Acceptor alongside the CashCode oneCheck cash management solution.
What does the Colombian market represent for Crane? What is the business climate for your company in this country?
The Colombian gaming market is probably the one with most potential for growth in Latin America for our note products. After successfully navigation a period of changes and adjustments, there are various conditions that now make it feasible to expect a significant increase in the demand for our top of the line bill validators in the next few years. In this regard we are well positioned, with several successful years of experience in Colombia and our Ardac Elite’s performance and support highly recognized by the operators throughout the country.
What do you expect about Coljuegos, the new Colombian regulator? In your opinion, how will this state company influence in the gaming industry?
Although the output and results of the new legal approach that the Colombian Government is taking to the local Gaming industry is still to be seen, it is expected that it will contribute to the formalization and regularization of the sector, which is one of the reasons why we see a significant potential in this country.
What are your plans for this country and South America during this year?
The South American gaming market is currently stable. Our goal is to continue with our successful approach of offering the highest level of products and support to our customers and therefore increase our already important market share in the region.
