(Canada).- Toronto could get a casino much more quickly than expected. The Toronto Star reports that Ontario Lottery and Gaming could build a temporary casino in the province's largest city within a matter of months.

OLG announced earlier this week that it plans to build a permanent casino in Toronto, a project that could take as long as four to six years.

A temporary casino would require city approval, which is not expected to be difficult to obtain. Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has long been a casino supporter.
