Bodog UK stated that online casinos have ‘stood still for years’ from a ‘development perspective’ even though they are the ‘biggest revenue drivers in terms of both margin and turnover for most operators’. It hopes to chance this and declared that Joseph is to be given the ‘keys’ to ‘drive and revolutionise this all-important platform’.
Joseph has held a similar role with Betfair since 2008 and previously also worked in senior casino and gaming positions with fellow operators Stan James and Mansion, where he had global ownership for Mansion.com, Casino.com and Mansion88 and drove revenue increases in Asia through the integration of live dealer technologies.
“In this business all roads lead to casino yet it is the one product that has seen the least innovation and investment across the industry,” said Patrik Selin, CEO for Bodog UK. “With Adam’s drive and our backing we hope to be making some waves in this vital area over the coming months.”
