(US).- TransAct Technologies is once again participating in Bally Technologies’ Annual Systems User Conference. The firm is an annual sponsor of the event and participates this year at the Silver Sponsor level. The 2012 conference concludes today at the Pechanga Resort and Casino located in Temecula, California.

Throughout the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how TransAct’s revolutionary Epicentral Print System can enhance their players’ experience through the use of personalized promotional coupons, bonus offers and marketing messages printed directly at the slot – marketing to their players while the player is playing.  The Epicentral Print System is an easy to use software system that enables casinos to develop targeted marketing campaigns with offers based on session play, player tracking data, or rated play designed to drive desired metrics such as higher percentage of carded play, longer time on device, player loyalty, and cross property spend.

Epicentral connects to any existing slot machine regardless of the game’s manufacturer as long as the slot machine has an Epic 950 printer.  Casinos that do not currently have Epic 950s in their slot machines can easily upgrade their current ticket printers to TransAct’s Epic 950 and ServerPort device.  Additionally, the Epicentral Print System easily connects to third-party casino systems such as Point-of-Sale, Hotel, Show Ticketing and Casino Management Systems for maximum flexibility in providing compelling offers for casino patrons and providing closed loop accountability of those offers.

The Epicentral Print System recently went “live” with the second Bally System-connected installation at Nisqually Red Winds casino in Olympia, Washington. The system is running on 975 games across their casino floor and is connected to the casino’s Bally One System.

Nisqually Red Wind is using the Epicentral system to drive its 2012 “Windfall” campaign where players are excited to be recognized and rewarded for their loyalty with prizes awarded to players who are members of the Red Wind Red Card program. The Red Wind Casino Management team viewed an early version of the Epicentral System at the Bally Users Conference last year and began their plans to implement Epicentral soon thereafter.
