Evolution Gaming revealed that its video-streamed live dealer online casino solution has been approved for use in Italy by the nation’s Autonoma dei Monopoli di Stato (AAMS) regulator and is broadcast from its new studio facility in Riga, Latvia, featuring native-speaking dealers.
“The re-regulation of individual markets across Europe presents both challenges and huge opportunities,” said Jens Von Bahr, CEO for Alderney-licensed Evolution Gaming. “Italy is a complex market in terms of regulatory requirements so we are naturally delighted to have helped Unibet go live so quickly with such a complete live casino service for Italian players.”
With offices in the UK, Latvia, Italy and Malta, Evolution Gaming stated that Unibet will utilise its innovative video-streamed offering via the Unibet.it domain to offer Italian players a ‘wide range of live online tables’ set to include mainstream roulette and blackjack along with VIP options, dedicated tables ‘with enhanced branding and promotions’ and Venezia Roulette.
“We already work closely with Evolution on Unibet.com to stream live casino games to customers around the world and we’ve been extremely pleased with the results,” said Daniel Eskola, Head of Gaming for Unibet
“Now, with Evolution’s live casino becoming the first live casino solution to be fully certified by AAMS, we are very excited about offering an enhanced local service for our Italian customers through Unibet.it.”
