What is the balance of this 2011?
During this year Abbiati Company has been continuing investing and working with new technologies, new product developments and new materials’ outsourcing. Abbiati had focused especially on enhancing the security of their products. For example, we had introduced a number of new security features into your chips, plaques and jetons, which has already received a great feedback from our Clients. A totally new line of chips, plaques and jetons will be also presented to the ICE show visitors.
Despite economical situation, Abbiati have had a big expansion not just in their key markets. We are very happy to have expanded even more in the Asian market during the last year, from where we had received few interesting orders, such as Baccarat tables for the brand new VIP room of Marina Bay Sands (Singapore). We were also awarded with a number of very important orders for our chips, plaques and jetons.
In 2011 we had also achieved another our key goal, when Abbiati Company had received Nevada’s approval for our chips, plaques and jetons.
How was the general gaming industry in a year with an economic crisis that affected many markets?
Generally the industries performance for 2011 had been better if to compare with the results of 2010, even if the crisis still can be felt. As a result of that, competition between suppliers had became much stronger. Abbiati Company reacted to the situation with its structure’s increment and company’s growth, including sales team, installation & client support services.
In your opinion, what was the most outstanding news of the year?
For our company, the most outstanding event in 2011 was a very successful expansion in Asian market, with substantial orders from Philippines, Singapore and Macau.
In your opinion, what was the most innovative product or service launched this year?
This year Abbiati had introduced to the market a new Contemporary American Roulette wheel, incorporating an upgraded patented invisible laser technology (Class 1A). The main benefits of the newly manufactured wheel is the large reduction in price and no visible evidence of the laser sensor in the ball track.
What are the company's plans for 2012?
2012 will hold the same challenges as previous years, but we are confident that we will increase our market share, we have achieved in previous years.

How will 2012 be for the gaming industry in general? Will it be similar to 2011? Do you think that we will see a growth in the activity?
It is difficult to predict, but we are positive talking about the future. We would expect the growth of the new markets and recovery of the most damaged markets.
