(Slovenia, Exclusive Yogonet.com).- Albert Radman, AlfaStreet’s Marketing and Sales Manager, made an evaluation of the firm for the year that is concluding, and also about the general situation of the gaming industry. “The companies with solid foundations have nothing to fear”, he assured.

What is the evaluation of this 2011?
2011 was very much similar to 2010. No major movements on the gaming market resulted in even tougher competition and 'fight' for every peace of the gaming floor. The companies like Alfastreet, who are investing largely in the development, promotion, comformity and other apects of their products, are able to keep up the steady sales figures and the downsizing of the market is not in effect here.

At Alfastreet, we managed to sign several deals with major operators around the world, and that ensured us a positive an profitable year. During these times we do have to work harder and we do have to improve in any way possible, but at the end, our products find their way to the final buyer and that is why we are satisfied with the results.

I don't want to sound like we are having a great time as we are not.Yet, we already came at peace with the fact that times are different now and we will have to wait for a long time until things get back at the point where they were 3 or 4 years ago.

How was the general gaming industry in a year with an economic crisis that affected many markets?
The so called 'crisis' truly affected most of the markets. Even the last big market in Mexico is now anything else but a good place to sell. The effect of the crisis is well shown in much more effort from any of the manufacturers, which resulted in new developments, better games, and at the end, this will benefit the Gaming market itself, maybe not today, but the progress will show it's effects. Among all thiese markets there is one that still stand out. That is Asia. In Asia, the progress is still hapenning, new places are opening up and somehow there are always enoughplayers for everybody. This is the market that is now good for us, as we were investing in it for many years before. We got familiarized with Asian specific requirement and procedures, we established a reputation in the market, and now Asia is our no. 1 selling market. Basically, we picked up all of the major gaming venues and the orders keep coming in.

In your opinion, what was the most outstanding news of the year?
Well, for me the most outstanding news was the published financial reports from Singapore two casinos. These two casinos are already making moe than whole Las Vegas 'package'. That is surely an incredible news, and don't forget, players in Singapore need to pay $100 to be able to come in and play.

In your opinion, what was the most innovative product or service launched this year?
In this case, without being ious, I'd say Alfastreet  MultiGame Simultaneous bet feature. This feature is unique in the world of the ETG's and is  making a big impact on the market itself.

What are the company's plans for 2012?
Alfastreet will continue as we set out in the previous couple of years. Once again we will launch some new games, new features, redesign some of our products, improve our services, all this just to keep up at the top of the game. We will focus ourselves on the several markets where we detected certain potential and we will increase our presence at the markets where we already dominate.

How will be the 2012 for the gaming industry in general? Will it be similar to 2011? Do you think that we will see a growth in the activity?
The market shows no signs of changes so we will surely see the same thing all over. The companies with solid foundations have nothing to fear. The competition is tough but the best will win at the end. There are few projects coming up in 2012 but not enough to mark the progress of the complete gaming market itself.
