The Palms and Cantor partner for sports book and mobile gambling

(US).- Cantor Gaming signed a long-term agreement to offer mobile gaming and operate the race and sports book at The Palms Casino Resort just west of the Las Vegas Strip. The company is set to build a new race and sports book that offers mobile wagering throughout the state of Nevada, and a wireless gambling system that will work throughout the entire resort, including hotel rooms.
Construction will begin in April 2012 and is expected to wrap up in time for the 2012 football season. During construction, a sports-only book will operate near the Mint High Limit Lounge on the main floor of Palms.
Cantor Gaming is the first company licensed by the Nevada Gaming Commission to manufacture and operate a mobile gaming system in the state.
