(Argentina, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Gary Mullins, Director of Sales of Quixant, granted an interview to Yogonet.com in which he talked about the debut of the company at SAGSE event, the feedback from the public and the main features of the products showcased by the firm. “Our best seller platform has been the QXi-200 which is based around AMD’s ground breaking “Fusion” technology”, he pointed.

How did you see the 19th edition of SAGSE Buenos Aires?
It was the first time that we have participated as exhibitors at the SAGSE show and we are extremely pleased about the response we received from the visitors who approached our South American partners’ booth - Suzo Happ. The SAGSE show gave us the perfect opportunity to showcase our gaming boards to the South American market.

What is your evaluation of your company participation?
The feedback from our visitors has been really positive and this has enabled us to identify many valuable opportunities within this market. We have already shipped development kits to several companies that we met at the show.

What product of your catalogue received more interest from visitors?
Our best seller platform has been the QXi-200 which is based around AMD’s ground breaking “Fusion” technology. The combination of outstanding performance and unbeatable price make it an ideal choice for the Latin American market.

What are the main characteristics for the products that you have exhibited in Buenos Aires?
On show was the QXi-200, the first “all-in-one” gaming controller to utilize AMD's new Fusion technology. The QXi-200 features AMD Embedded G-Series “Fusion” APUs with AMD Radeon HD 6320 graphics engine on the APU features support for the latest DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.1 and OpenCL 1.1 standards, making it two generations ahead of most of our competitors. As well as excellent graphics performance the QXi-200 features lower power consumption, higher reliability and lower cost than other products on the market today.

Also on show was the QX-106, an all-in-one “JAMMA” PC. Originally developed for the Italian market the QXi-106, it operates from JAMMA 5V power without the need for a dedicated ATX PSU.

One of our best competitive advantages is that we supply the software modules free including SAS 6.02 so users of our products are able to considerably reduce their development time.

What are your next plans for the Latin American market?
The Latin American is one the biggest emerging markets worldwide. Quixant is unique providing complete solutions that have extraordinary performance but also low cost, essential for success in South America. We will continue to exhibit at the main gaming trade show’s around the world including ELA and SAGSE shows. We also plan several product announcements in 2012 which will bring new exciting features never before seen in gaming products.
