“Crane showcased some of the main products for the gaming industry”

How have you seen the 19th edition of SAGSE Buenos Aires?
The level of exhibitors and visitors in this edition reaffirms that it is the most important event in South America. We have seen an important attendance of operators, particularly from Peru, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. Always considering the current situation of our industry in other countries from where SAGSE received visitors in previous editions, such as Ecuador or Venezuela.

What evaluation can you make of the presentation of the company?
Our participation in SAGSE was very positive. Together with our distributor in Argentina, Suzo Americas, we had the chance to receive the visit of an important number of customers that visited the show. It is always very pleasant to share with our customers and hear them express their satisfaction with our products and support, which motivates us to keep on working wih the aim to continue being their favourite option in validation and money handling.

What products of its catalog attracted more interest in visitors?
This year, for the first time in SAGSE, we had the chance to exhibit under our new corporate identity, Crane Payment Solutions, which comprises the already traditional brands Money Controls, CashCode, NRI and Telequip. We had in exhibition some of the main products for the gaming industry, such as bill validators Money Controls Ardac Elite with their respective accessories, CashCode SM, CashCode ONE, coin validator Condor Premier and Universal any Cyclone hoppers. Due to its well-known performance and support, our Ardac Elite bill acceptor has been, from several years, our main products in the gaming industry in South America.

Which are the main features of the products that exhibited in Buenos Aires?
In general, all our catalog of products has been developed based on our customers needs with the highest standards of quality and incorporating state-of-the-art technology. As an example, I can mention our Ardac Elite bill acceptor, which is the only bill acceptor proven in the field with the capacity to offer and analyze the complete image of the bill, which involves the highest acceptance and security levels currently available.

Which are your future plans for the Latin American market?
For a couple of years, we have been implementing a support network at a regional level, which is widely known as the best in our business area. For the following year, we have planned to strenghen this network even more, thanks to our distribution agreements in several countries, as well as the implementation of more efficient importation processes, which will end up in benefits for our customers.
