EC Development signs distribution agreement with TransAct Technologies

EC Development’s Tahoe Interactive Player System (TIPS) boasts a fully customizable player interface to create a personalized experience for each casino customer.  With TIPS, each player not only has real-time access to their player rewards and progress, but can opt into any number of real-time events such as raffles, tournaments, drawings, etc. Players can even request drinks and service through the system, further adding to their experience and enjoyment. For the casino, TIPS provides the ability to run its own floor-wide, bank-specific or game-specific universal progressive, allowing for any number of configurations to drive play to specific areas at specific times or to the entire gaming floor all the time.

With the inclusion of TransAct’s Epicentral Print System the player-casino interaction will be further enhanced by allowing casinos to create multiple promotions and incentives to either increase customer time spent on the casino floor or encourage additional visits. In addition, the Epicentral Print System contains multi-language support for any casinos looking to take advantage of these additional features.
