What products did you present?
We launched the A560 cabinet for all South America. We already have several installations, but we exhibited it for the first time in a South American event. Previously, we presented in ELA and G2E.
What is the difference between this event and Las Vegas?
In a smaller proportion, we tried to gather all the products targeted to the Latin American market. FOr example, one of the new games we are launching specifically for this region is a multi-game in Spanish.
Which are the main markets for Ainsworth in South America?
Colombia, Peru and Argentina. It is important to remark that we are performing an innovation to boost the development of Chile and Uruguay.
How important is this region for the company?
We changed our strategy 12 months ago. We have focused in customer service. We have hired more employees for our technical service with the aim to bring more support and help customers to comply with all his expectations. We have offices in Peru and Panama, and we work with distributors in countries such as Argentina. Together with direct sales managers and distributors, we are trying to accomodate to cover the whole market.
What goals have you set for SAGSE?
Our objective consisted in supporting the strategy we have for South America and communicate the public that Ainsworth entered in the market and is not disappearing. On the contrary, we are developing specific games for this market and we will continue bringing a good customer service.
