“This is an exciting time for me to be at Shuffle Master"

What products have you presented at SAGSE Buenos Aires?
The key products are obviously our shufflers and we are providers of tables. We are represented in this region by our distributor, Casino Solutions. Then we also brought our electronic tables with our Table Master, and importantly, we brought our slot machines, the Equinox, which is doing so well in Australia. It is the perfect product for this market because it is really suited for local players and it is low-denomination and mid-denomination. It is in Spanish and English already, it’s fully compatible, fully approvable, so we are very delighted to launch that here. And also to work with Pureplay Argentina, which are our distributors, so we are delighted to show that here. The reason why I and Deron Hunsberger (Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Shuffle Master) are here is to help and support this launch.

What can you tell about your seven months as CEO in Shuffle Master?
I am excited to be here; we continue to launch the new sluffler, the MD3 shuffler, and we continue to work with the table games to increase performance there. We take those titles and we put them in the electronic tables, no one else in the world can do that, which is very important to us.
Our slots are doing fantastically, and the other thing we’ve been working on now is the Internet gaming. Our titles are also doing very well, so all of these things make an exciting time for me to be at Shuffle Master, because we are growing, because we have a lot of fun, and I am as excited as I’ve ever been in my life.

What was your experience at the show this year?
You know, is always great to be here, the markets continue to do well, and the customers support the show, which is very important. As you know, we don’t do shows all around the world, we pick the right ones to do, and this is a very important one because of the customer’s support. So I am delighted to be back here. This is my 9th or 10th SAGSE, and I’m very happy to be here.
