Benham Dayanim, the lawyer of the company, is in charge of intervening with the Department of Justice (DOJ) in the battle to reach an agreement. Dayanim, who worked together with DOJ in other causes with PartyPoker or Neteller, has shown confident that the process will be carried out.
“The process continues and I hope we can bring good news. I am still optimistic and I think we will be able to reach an agreement which enables Tapie group to continue with the proposed plan”, Dayanim explained.
The representative of the French consortium added that the aim of Tapie group is to reimburse money to players and that it is negotiating with the US justice about this issue.
“We continue working with Full Tilt Poker. We are doing it in a productive way, but, ultimately, the agreement depends on the Department of Justice. We have to work on this situation until it is completed. I am optimistic about that”, he concluded.
