(Uganda).- After expanding its business in Kenya last week with the launch of the BetKenya.com domain, server and network-based gaming specialist Amaya Gaming Group has now premiered a short message service (SMS) game for Uganda.

Amaya acquired gaming software provider Chartwell Technology earlier this year and revealed that the new Yoola Obukadde SMS Game will tap into a market that is estimated to have more than ten million mobile phone users.

“This launch is an exciting milestone for Amaya,” said David Baazov, President and Chief Executive Officer for Amaya. “Our previous experience deploying similar SMS solutions validates the effectiveness of our technology and the strong market demand for such a service.”
