He is currently a non-executive director of Goodman Fielder and is Chair of its Risk and Finance Committees and a member of the Audit Committee. He is also the non-executive Chairman of Austock, a director of thoroughbred bloodstock company William Inglis & Son Ltd and serves as a consultant and senior adviser to the Grant Samuel Group.
Prior to transitioning to a non-executive director career, Gregg was also a Partner and Senior Adviser to McKinsey Group.
Tabcorp Chairman Paula Dwyer said Mr Gregg would be a welcome addition to the Tabcorp Board. “Mr Gregg has deep international experience in investment banking and consulting and will add to the strong balance of skills and experience on the Tabcorp Board,” Ms Dwyer said.
Mr Gregg is a horse racing enthusiast and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He will join the Tabcorp Board upon receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
