How was the 2011 G2E edition compared to previous years?
This edition was very similar than previous years. We have received many customers from North America, but also many Latin Americans that come to Las Vegas to know the novelties and update with regards to the market trends.

How was Copag participation at the show?
Copag presented its traditional cardboard cards and 100% plastic in a new catalogue developed for the show. Cardboard cards count with exclusive security systems and a variety of options at the customers’ choice. We also exhibited our line of cards 100% plastic, exclusive for casinos and poker venues. This product is ready for immediate delivery in our storage in Florida, for customers that do not require logo on the back or those who cannot purchase the minimum customized quantity required. It is a product just sold in casinos and authorized poker rooms, and it is not available for sale in the domestic market. It is very secure for the professional market.

How did you perceive the industry at the halls of Sands Expo & Convention Center?
For us it was very convenient to do the show in Sands Expo & Convention Center: it is just in the main avenue, with an easy access and the structure of Palazzo Hotel complements the needs of the exhibitors. Besides, the date was also more convenient, because November is very close to London show and there is little time to work in the release of new products.

Which was the feedback from operators?
I think the whole industry liked this new site and date. We expect the event to continue this way.

Which are the main markets for Copag?
Latin America, where we have a very important market share. We also have very good business in Europe and US, where we even have offices in Florida, with products in store and all the commercial support. We have recently started working in the South American market wioth very good projections for 2012.

Which are the plans for 2012?
We will keep on operating hard in our main markets, releasing new products. We will soon have a novelty for the Latin American casino industry, that will surely become an additional service, very interesting for our customers. We are working in the final part of the project, and at the beginning of 2012 it will be officially informed.
