(US, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Fournier, a company that presented its products in Las Vegas together with its parent company United States Playing Card Co., will launch, by mid 2012, a product that will aim to maximize the security and profitability of a live game. It was stated by Javier Berasategui, Director of Exports of the company, to Yogonet.com

How was the 2011 G2E edition compared to previous years?
Without having the data of the organization, our sensation is that in this 2011 edition there was more participation than last year, which already presented an increment of assistance on the two previous editions. Talking about regions, we noted a significant increment of operators coming from Latin America.

How was Fournier participation on the show?
In G2E we exhibited together with our parent company, United States Playing Card Co., also known as USPC. Fournier is focused in the commercialization of the products of the group in Europe, Latin America and Africa, while USPC is mainly focused on the markets of US, Canada and Asia. With regards to the products, we focus in presenting them to those operators that still do not know our 100% Plastic cards, as well as the Pre-Shuffled cards. Those two products have grown the most in our portfolio last year. In the case of 100% Plastic cards, the popularization of Texas Hold'em at a worldwide level and the progressive implantation of shufflers would be “guilty” for this, while the increment of sales in Pre-shuffled cards has been consequence of the progressive visualization by the operators of the benefits it brings.

How did you perceive the industry in the halls of the Sands Expo & Convention Center?
The gaming industry is living in recent years a constant evolution and this event was a good proof of that. We have seen new exhibitors and many new products.

Which was the feedback of the operators?
Operators remarked the quality of the product and the service we bring. We have been working the quality for many years, with a strong commercial team with important market know-how.

Which are the main markets of Fournier?
Our main markets are, as I already commented, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Traditionally Europe has been for us the market with more strenght in our sales, although in the latest year the Latin American market has offered us the biggest business growth.
We have certainly have been transmitted the optimism that the region is experimenting.

Which are your plans for 2012?
By mid 2012, we have in mind to present a novelty on which we are currently working on. With the release of this product, our aim is in line with the mission of the company, which is to provide operators with products and services that maximize the security and profitability of live gaming.
