GLI and TST expand European iGaming development team

(Netherlands).- GLI and its affiliate TST, a GLI Company, have hired two iGaming experts, expanding their European iGaming development team and further solidifying their position as the leaders in the iGaming field. Aurora Merino Salas and Magdalena Podhorski-Okolow have joined the company.

Merino Salas has been appointed as new Business Development Manager, and Podhorski-Okolow as new Development Representative.

“We are thrilled to have iGaming experts of the caliber of Aurora and Magdalena on the GLI/TST team. Their global expertise in iGaming will be incredibly valuable to GLI’s worldwide client base,” said GLI/TST Director of iGaming Development Filippo Ferri. “We have been moving very aggressively in this arena for several years, and now as we expand our development team, we will be stepping up our efforts even further.”

Merino Salas maintains dual offices, one in Majorca, Spain, and another in the GLI Europe office in Hillegom, The Netherlands. She has been working in the iGaming industry since 2004, starting her career at NetPlayTV, specializing in databases and business intelligence, and later oversaw the company’s online bingo product. She has also served as Operations Director for a company managing online bingo and casino sites, targeting the Spanish, Italian and Latin American markets. She has also worked as an iGaming consultant, advising several companies in the Spanish and Italian iGaming markets. She is also a frequent speaker at iGaming-related events, and has been a finalist for the “Star of the Future” award at the Women in Gaming Awards.

Ms. Podhorski-Okolow has been very active in the iGaming field since 2009, where her focus was largely on the Latin American marketplace. She has been with TST since 2009 driving international marketing and accreditations. Previously she has worked for Harlequin Cruises and for AMEC. She holds a bachelor of commerce in hospitality and tourism Management from Ryerson University and is fluent in four languages.
