“Our main goal at trades shows is to see our current customers face to face. As we have over a thousand customers worldwide, we depend on the shows, especially G2E, to see our friends in the industry, both customers and suppliers”, Mitchell commented.
When asked about the change of venue for the recent G2E edition, he said: “We liked our booth space at the Sands especially because the main floor we faced was a very open area. Liked the extra wide main aisles and better concessions”. He then added: “Everyone I spoke with seemed have a similar feeling about the show”.
He pointed that Slot-Tickets is basically a vertical single item sales company. “We originated the first modern day ticket over 10 years ago and continue to enjoy our market share in that space”.
Then, he spoke about the products presented at the show. “We had a couple of new products to show in conjunction with FutureLogic for the new gray scale promotional printed tickets, which they debuted at their stand”. He said that another new product was shown in conjunction with JCM/ Nanoptix, its newest product, "on demand printed pull tabs". “We had a great reception for this concept; some of the promotional companies have new ideas for its usage”, he commented.
Finally, he said that the firm is looking forward to next year being even better.
