“We have so many innovative products on display at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) this year, and we are delighted that these particular ones have been recognized for their innovation and are among the most exciting customer-driven games, systems, and mobile solutions that we’ll be featuring at our booth,” said Richard Haddrill, Bally’s CEO. “We have received more than 38 innovation awards over the past three years, thanks to the outstanding team of world-class innovators we’ve assembled. They are simply second-to-none.”
This award-winning technology is on display in Bally’s 15,300-square-foot G2E exhibit in booth number 1127:
Fish’n for Loot, named “Best Slot Product”, introduces amazing arcade-like player interactivity on the iDeck, the touch-screen deck that has replaced the tradition button deck on many exciting Bally games. It takes player excitement to new levels with Bally’s new U-Shoot virtual-shooting gallery bonus-game play mechanic in which the player touches the iDeck to create weapons for “shooting” at targets on the main game screens.
Bally’s Mobile Platform enables casinos to create custom applications running across all devices from one central content manager, enabling casino personnel to create special content and offers and immediately distribute them to targeted customers and potential customers. Operators may alert players 24 hours a day, seven days a week about special offers, even if they are just driving by the property. Operators can target content in countless ways – from age to player’s card level, from the month of customers’ birthdays to how far they are from the property.
Operators input the information directly into the casino-management system, and Bally’s Mobile Platform translates the information to iPhone app, a native Android app, a native BlackBerry app, an iPad app, and even a mobile website that works across hundreds of devices. From there, operators can track how the patrons who receive the information behave, seeing if they react to offers immediately.
STM is a browser-based dispatch system that interfaces with handheld smart devices such as the iPhone and iPad for faster routing of casino-floor personnel to customers. When a service request is generated through the system, such as a machine malfunction or patron pressing the service button, casino personnel closest to the patron are immediately notified, increasing the efficiency of casino operations and customer satisfaction. STM also recently won the top Hospitality Operations Technology (HOT) award for “Employee Productivity and Efficiency.”
Over the past three years, Bally Technologies has won more than 38 awards for product innovation, as well as international awards for customer service and support and for being the most innovative gaming-technology manufacturer.
